Session Presenter

Share your knowledge with our audience! You receive a 25m speaking slot during our live event to interact with the community. You can present live or pre-recorded, from the comfort of your home or office. With our ‘Session’ level presenter package, you’ll receive the following benefits:

 

  • You’ll have a 25m Presentation spot. This includes 20m of content and 5m description of company and ‘find out more’ info.
  • Production at professional video studio is included. Remote production via Zoom is available also.
  • Presentation will be hosted for replays for 1 year.
  • ALL LEADS from the livestream will be sent to presenter.
  • Every lead from replay videos will be sent to presenter weekly for 1 year.
  • You’ll be listed on our SSE presenter directory page with link to your website.
  • Standard Presenter Fee: $2495.

Keynote Presenter

Do you have more to say than can fit in 25m? We have you covered with our longer Keynote presentation package. Again, you can present live or pre-recorded, from the comfort of your home or office. With our ‘Keynote’ level presenter package, you’ll receive the following benefits:

When is the Senior Service Expo? Dates and Times?

The Senior Service Expo will be debuting this fall in Phoenix, Arizona. Our current goal is to host the event ‘online’ on October 17-18th, 2020. As you know, it’s been quite a year for seniors specifically and everyone else in general, so we hope you’ll understand if these dates need to change due to unforeseen circumstances. We plan to start the event at 9am each of the two days, and take breaks every 2 hours. We are also looking at adding some evening ‘social’ events too. Please check back, or register, and we’ll keep you informed.

Who is our 'target' audience?

Our target audience is split into two main groups:
Those people who consider themselves in the ‘Senior’ community. There’s no specific age where this starts, but it’s often associated with people who are retired or looking toward retirement, and who may be looking at current or future financial, legal, or healthcare issues.

The second group are the people who love and care for the senior community, whether on a professional basis such as nurses or home healthcare practitioners, or the friends and relatives of seniors who are looking for the best ways to guide their loved ones and provide counsel and advice as they move along in later life.

How many people do we expect to watch?

As this is our debut event, we don’t have exact numbers of viewership for the event, however it’s our goal to have 300-500 registered viewers for our livestream event, which is open and free to anyone who wants to register. After the event, we will make the replays available in the membership section of our website, where members can watch any of our content and participate in our forums and online courses. We’re hoping to have at least another 1000 registered viewers over the following year.

What sort of 'lead-generation' will be offered?

Presenters and sponsors will get a FULL YEAR of lead generation from our event. Everyone who registered for the livestream will be asked to fill out a few simple questions about their interests, and these leads will be made available to all our presenters and sponsors. After the event, all new members who register to view the replays will also be sent, on a weekly basis, to each of our presenters and sponsors. We’re hoping for 300-500 leads during the livestream, with more than 1000 over the following year.

What is a 'Virtual' conference? What's a livestream?

A ‘virtual’ conference or expo is an event that takes place on the Internet, rather than in a physical building such as a community center or hotel. The Senior Service Expo will be such an event, with all of our presentations happening right here on this website. A ‘Livestream’ is a style of Internet video, like you’d watch on Netflix or YouTube…but is broadcast LIVE like a news report or football game, rather than something that was recorded and then posted later. Our event will be livestreamed on our event dates, but will also be available to watch as a replay as part of our membership site after the event is over.

How will we be marketing the event?

We have a three-pronged approach to marketing the event. First, we will be cross-marketing between all our sponsors and presenters. Each sponsor and presenter will be sending out an email to their marketing list, thereby ‘cross-pollenating’ our message to the entire group. Second, we will be engaging in a large campaign of social media advertising, specifically on Facebook, to attract both seniors and caregivers to register and sign up. Third, we will be choosing specific print marketing vehicles to get the message our to those who prefer the written word over social media.

What is the cost to view the livestream?

The LIVESTREAM on September 12-13, 2020 is completely free for anyone to register and view. Our goal is to make it an exciting event with presentations, giveaways, virtual get-togethers, and more, and we hope to attract many, many people.

Of course, not everyone may be able to make it on that date, so we will be offering an inexpensive membership to our site where all video presentations will be posted, along with a number of other features such as senior community forums, online ‘how-to’ courses for caregivers, monthly live events, and more. People registered as members will have access to all of the video replays from the event for the next twelve months.

 

Why do you charge presenters?

Our goal with the Senior Service Expo is twofold: to provide informative and educational videos in a fun and entertaining manner; and to connect the senior service community with customers who are interested in their services via our lead-generation program. To ensure the expo is open to as many as possible, we are not charging anyone for viewing the livestream. As such, our business model is designed around offering these leads to our presenters and sponsors in exchange for a one-time low production fee.
